With the rapid development of the ship propulsion system, all the researchers around theworld focus on the ship integrated electric propulsion system. With advantages of high efficiency,high reliability, excellent safety, superior operation, long fault interval time and strong endurance,it is considered as the development direction of ship propulsion.Power module unit is the mostfundamental energy of ship integrated power systems, so its control technology is one of the coretechnologies of ship integrated power system. Gas turbine, with its high single-machine power,small volume, excellent maneuverability, becomes an ideal choice for power module unitoriginal motivation in electric power system.In recent years, with the application of a certaintype of three shaft gas turbine in the ground gas turbine power station, ship propulsion, naturegas pipeline transportation and other aspects of the project, accumulated a wealth of practicalexperience for using the gas turbine as a prime mover module of the integrated electricpropulsion systems. Hence it becomes a selection scheme of large power gas turbine powergeneration module unit of ship integrated power system.In this paper, on the basis of the technical parameters of a certain type of three shaft gasturbine and twelve phase synchronous generator, the mathematical model of the maincomponents of gas turbine and three axis synchronous generator equivalent is established.On theMatlab/Simulink simulation platform, this paper basics on the mathematical model, establishesthree shaft gas turbine power generation module simulation model through the modularmodeling idea, with the thought of the semi physical simulation of the controller in the loop test,sets up the semi physical simulation test platform by Rockwell ControlLogix control system andADI rtX current time simulator physical connection.According to the performance requirementsfor gas turbine power generation moduleof the integrated power system, this paper develops thethe control algorithm and strategy of gas turbine and generator. After the corresponding softwaredevelopment is completed, this paper analyzed and verified through the semi physical simulationplatform. This study focuses on the gas turbine power generation module start-up sequencecontrol rules, high pressure turbine speed control and the control rule of the application ofincremental PID algorithm in the dynamic turbine speed control on the different situations ofload mutation under different working conditions. By analyzing the simulation test data, thispaper verifies the rationality of the parameter correction of the control algorithm in the control strategy and confirm the optimal power turbine speed control scheme.The Results of the research provide reference for the follow-up marine gas turbine generatorcontrol system on experimental research and practical machine control...
