However, because of its strongly sensitivity totemperature and humidity, it causes the cracking of asphalt pavement, forms a series ofdisease which is given priority to with reflective crack, shorten the service life of the asphaltroad surface, reduce the reliability of the pavement structure, and to some extent, restrictedthe healthy development of the highway traffic in our country. In recent years, with thedevelopment of transportation in our country and the improvement of construction technology,the indoor test method can’t reflect actually material’s real performance, therefore, study oncement stabilized materials design based on the vibrating molding is of great significance.Paper by analyzing the vibration compaction principle and working principle of thevibration compaction meter, determine the reasonable vibration parameters. Based onvibration test method, gradual filling method and I method to determine the multilevel densebuilt-in graduation, and through fractal theory research, to determine the level of the cementstabilized gravel, proposed to the double dynamic balanced parameter D-R as the index ofcement stabilized gravel gradation.
