With the rapid development of economy and constant improvement of the infrastructurein china, China has been one of the largest construction machinery market in the world.Loader is one of the main types of construction machinery, which can complete work duringexcavation, loading, transportation and other operating conditions. It is widely used inhighways, railways, utilities, construction, ports, mines and other construction engineeringindustry. Transmission is one of the important systems of the loader, and it determines theoverall performance.Hydraulic mechanical transmission loader overcomes many shortcomings of thetraditional hydraulic drive system, such as efficiently narrow area, low overall performance,transmission accuracy and low stiffness, poor controllability, a single arrangement othershortcomings, and it inherites the most of the advantages of the hydraulic system. Althoughthe combination of hydro-mechanical transmission technology matures and has already putinto production use, but the domestic hydraulic and electronic technology is relativelybackward, research on hydro-mechanical power transmission combination loader is poor. Inthis paper, we research a combination of hydraulic mechanical transmission technology in theloader, and give combination of hydro-mechanical transmission loaders a morecomprehensive study.Based on a large number of relevant professional information and access to domestic andinternational literature,this paper outlines the development situation and development trendof hydraulic mechanical transmission type loader, as well as the advantages of the hydraulicmechanical transmission system compared to hydraulic mechanical transmission.It describes several forms of hydro-mechanical transmission system and taking thehydraulic mechanical transmission of L541loader for example, it discusses how it works. wealso analyze the matching and the characteristics of the combination between hydraulicmechanical transmission device and the engine.On the basis of basic parameters of domestic common ZL50loader and the foregoinganalysis of its combination of hydro-mechanical transmission design calculations to determinethe selection of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, and on this basis to establish the variousaspects of mathematics model.According to the designed mechanical combination of parameters and mathematicalmodels established, we use AMESim software for variable pump, motor and variable hydraulic mechanical transmission system throughout the simulation, and simulation analysis.The results show that the combination of hydraulic mechanical transmission system isdesigned correctly, can be applied to the production of high-loaders. In addition, the design ofthe whole system should be rational layout, reducing the length of the pipe and keep the oil agood seal, so that the system can get a better dynamic response.
