| This article mainly research some aspects of iron owe tailings powder application in foamedconcrete.We use the iron owe tailings powder whose grain size is less than0.15mm aftersieving,SDBS which is mature and cheap in market as the former of foamed concrete andfibrin as foam stabilizer.Due to the foaming mechanism is physical foaming,so the foamingresult will be influenced a lot by the performance of mixer.We use orthogonal experiment to research the foam expansion of differentconcentrations of foaming agent,different concentrations of foam stabilizer and differentmixing time,the30minutes secretion of was suitable for use in factory pre-productionand thestability of the bubble radius. Eventually we are aware of every index and performance ofSDBS.We hold the opinion that SDBS is suitable to use in factory pre-production from theresearch of every index and performance of SDBS.Our experiment researched the relationship between volume stability,slurry shear stress andshear rate of new-stired foamed concrete.and we evaluated its thixotropic paste.Finally wefound fibrin with suitable concentration have good influence on the volume stability offoamed concrete.On the research,we do some experiments for iron owe tailings foamed concrete withsame performance density and different water-cement ratio.The result showed that theinfluence on foamed concrete from water cement ratio is different from ordinary concrete.Strength of ordinary concrete is reduced with the increase of water-cement ratio,whilestrength of foamed concrete is increased with the increase of water-cementratio.However,foamed concrete water-cement ratio should be controlled within a reasonablerange. When the water-cement ratio exceeds a certain value, its strengce decreases with theincrease of water-cement ratio. This is because when the water-cement ratio is too large,itwill inevitably affect the strength of the hardened cement paste.When the volume density issimilar, there is a positive correlation between the water absorption and water-cement ratio ofiron owe tailings foamed concrete.The reason is that with the water-cement ratio increases,thepore and gel pore are getting more,which will increase the poresity and change the porestructure.The foamed concrete compressive stength and flexural strength increase significantly with the incorporation of iron owe tailings powder. When the incorporation ofiron ore tailings powder reaches50%, the compressive and flexural strength reaches a peak.With the continued increase of iron ore tailings powder, the compressive and flexural strengthdecreased.The density of iron ore tailings foamed concrete powder affects its strength, waterabsorption and thermal conductivity.The compressive strength of iron owe tailings powderfoamed concrete will increase with the increase of performance density.When theperformance density reached400grade,the compressive strength of28days was1.61Mpa.When performance density reached1000grade,the compressive strength of28daysincreased to4.88Mpa.The foamed concrete with low performance density has a lot of bubblesin the production and a small proportion of the cement and admixture,so it has a high waterabsorption.On the contrary, the foamed concrete with high performance density has littlebubbles in the production and a large proportion of cement and admixture,so it has a lowwater absorption. Thermal conductivity of iron ore tailings powder foamed concrete increaseswith the increase of the performance density.The smaller performance density it is,the smallerthermal conductivity it is,the better insulation properties it performed.We also useANSYS10.0to simulate the thermal performance of foamed concrete.From the contraty ofsimulation and experiment result,we found the result of simulation is larger thanexperiment,this is because some structure defects.So the simulation result is idealized andshould only be used by rough calculation.We did some experiments to research the pore structure and pore size microscopic stateof iron owe tailings powder.From the experiment result,we found that when the performancedensity is small, there will be a lot of communication holes of iron owe tailings powderfoamed concrete. |
