In recent years, urbanization has become the central task of economic construction of ourcountry. Compared with cities, the urban area is generally poor natural conditions, naturaldisasters and secondary disasters more likely. Therefore, attaches great importance to theconstruction of urbanization on urbanization and urban disaster prevention and mitigation ofhealthy and rapid development is indispensable. As the reality of our country’s urbanconstruction, disaster prevention is often in a passive position, the reason is not hard to find,this is mainly because the influencing factors of town planning in our country had no obviouseconomic benefit in the short term, and as a result of seismic geological disaster probability issmall, often ignored by local decision department and enforcement, the current in theconstruction of urbanization lurks a large number of geological hazard. Disaster preventionand mitigation in the urbanization construction is a problem need to solve.On the basis of consulting a large number of literature, this paper staring withunderstanding the possibility of geological disasters in the construction of urbanization,analyzed the common types and distribution of geological disasters in China situation, andsummed up11division according to the common geological disasters, and summarize thecauses of various disasters, climate and harm of every area.Reference to heavy recent geological disasters and losses caused by this recent the paperdiscusses the problems of site selection of urbanization, and put forward the necessity of siteselection. Before it, the land of the site should be made assessment. Town location, should beto avoid poor geological condition of the area. The location of the construction should givefull consideration to the land of engineering geology, landform, hydrology geology condition,and the rationality of the evaluation of land use.According to the characteristics of our country put forward the measure of preventionand control of geological disasters, the mitigation measures and engineering measures.Analyze the four disasters which impact the urbanization most of landslide, collapse, debrisflow, earthquake, and put forward countermeasures for the prevention and control of thecurrent combined with some new technologies:(1) the countermeasures for prevention andcontrol of landslide (collapse) mainly include surface drainage, elimination of groundwaterand construction of supporting the project;(2) the countermeasures for prevention and control of debris flow mainly include engineering measures, biological control measures and thecombine of them three aspects;(3) combined with the recent earthquake, the earthquakedisaster are discussed,refer to the "code for seismic design of buildings (GB50011-2010),the" regulations of town (township) village building seismic technology "(JGJ161-2008) andconsulting a large number of commonly used the literature analysis our country town, woodstructure, the structure of the raw soil and stone structure of masonry structure in our countrytown of distribution and usage, Of these four kinds of structure were summarized in theconcept design, seismic measures and construction measures of some of the content.
