Switched Reluctance Drive System (SRD) has a simple structure, low cost, suitable forfrequent starting or reversing operation of the occasion, the power circuit is simple andreliable, good speed performance, high efficiency operation. However, due to the switchedreluctance motor (SRM) particularity itself doubly salient structure, leading to the presenceof a large torque ripple SRM run time, so how to reduce torque ripple of SRM has become ahot research in today’s society.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign policy studies SRM torque ripplesuppression on the basis of selection of direct torque control strategy, introduces the basicprinciples and strategy of direct torque control torque ripple suppression method, proposed athree-loop control scheme, and the stagnation loop controller has been improved andoptimized, using the Fuzzy-PI composite controller, to further improve the direct torquecontrol strategy for torque ripple suppression.Firstly, in the Matlab simulation environment for the three-loop control system designedfor simulation, and with the use of current chopping control simulation comparison.Simulation results show that direct torque control strategy to some extent on the SRM torqueripple is suppressed. Further optimization of the use of Fuzzy-PI controller system simulation,direct torque Fuzzy-PI controller is better than the hysteresis loop controller torque rippleeffect on the inhibition of flux and torque fluctuation range is very smaller, more stablesystem operation.After the control simulation results, based on simulation, to build a complete systemhardware platform, using TMS320F2812DSP as the core SRM speed control system, and theperipheral control circuit design, including power converter circuit, the current acquisitioncircuit, the position detecting sensor controller interface circuit and DSP circuit, made thedesign process described. In the CCS (Code Computer studio) with a C languageprogramming environment for the entire system software design, the main draw flowcharts and each subroutine flow chart, the preparation of the program code, and the various parts ofthe program have been described, and experimental verification of the position sensorwaveforms through winding current relationship with the switch trigger pulse signalwaveform initially demonstrated the inhibitory effect of torque ripple.Simulation and experimental results show that the control strategy of direct torquecontrol for torque ripple is largely conducted SRM Runtime effective suppression for furtherresearch and application made bedding.
