In recent years,SRC Frame-RC core wall hybrid structures have been more and morewidely applied to tall buildings and super-tall buildings in our country for its bettereconomy.But the inferior study on the structures is behind of the project practice at a certainextent,and there are many different viewpoints on seismic capacity of the structure at homeand abroad.So it is necessary to further investigate the seismic performance of the structures.Firstly,based on existing research results,the layered shell element model of shear walland the computing method of steel reinforced concrete member’s plastic hinge characteristicvalue are theoretically introduced,to provide datas for the nonlinear analysis of shear wall andsteel reinforced concrete member.And it is verified that the layered shell model is valid andpractical in analysing the behavior of shear wall,and the method to determine steel reinforcedconcrete member’s plastic hinge characteristic value is feasible.Then, static elasto-plastic analysis of the SRC frame-RC core wall structure isconducted,and the distribution and changing development of plastic hinge and the Layeredshell model stress nephogram of this hybrid structure are studied.The performance point ofthe structure is determined using the capacity spectrum method and the seismic capacity ofthis structure is assessed by the lateral deformation and displacement angle:the structure is inthe elastic state when there is small earthquake or moderate earthquake,and the structure is inthe elasto-plastic state when there is largr earthquake;the structure deformation shows a shearbending shape and does not appear weak layer,so the structure has better ability ofearthquake-resistance and is applicable in the8degree earthquake-resistance areas.Finally,taking the above-mentioned hybrid structure as the basic model,20calculationmodels are built by changing outer frame size and the middle cylinder shear size of the basicmodel and static elasto-plastic analysis of them are conducted.The cooperative workingperformances of the hybrid structures are studied through the structure failure modes,structural shear and structure lateral displacement characteristics taking the characteristic value of rigidity as a parameter,and the analysis of frame shear distribution is carriedout.Through the analysis and study we give the following recommendations:the structurestiffness characteristic value is recommended to take between1to2,and the seismic designshear force for frame structure should not be less than25%of the total base shear in designingSRC frame-RC core wall structure....
