| With the development of national economy and the expansion of infrastructure, there aremore and more highways built in our country. Due to the time and complex geologicalconditions, all kinds of diseases have come out, which improve the technology of subgradetreatment on highways. In the present treatment of Highway Sedimentation, micro piles arebeing used widely. However, at present, the theory of the micro piles is still far behind thepractice and its working mechanism has not been cleared completely either. In order topromote and apply the technology better, it is very necessary to make a deeper research of itsload-bearing behavior and strengthen mechanism. The sedimentation caused on Qingdao-Yinchuan highway(Hebei) is taken as a researchobjective in this article. The article analyzes the causes of the disease on Qingdao-Yinchuanhighway(Hebei) and makes a comprehensive assessment on the geological characteristics ofthe subsoil engineering, through theory analysis, indoor and outdoor tests and numericalmodeling. It researches the strengthen mechanism of the mini pile, and discusses the designcalculation of single piles and pile groups respectively, according to the characteristics of minipiles, then finally the computational formula to design mini piles has been achieved.Simultaneously, it adopts the field loading test and the low strain integrity method to make anassessment on the effect of the subgrade treatment and researches construction technology ofmini piles on the built highways. In this article, the deformation rules of Embankment filling period and Highwayoperation period on Qingdao-Yinchuan highway are analyzedby by using the finite elementnumerical analysis model constructed by FLAC3D. The field loading test of the mini pile getsa result which is in line with the test in the mock analysis.Simultaneously, the best piledistance and pile length are obtained by changing the design parameters of mini piles. Theresult of this research indicates that mini piles are very effective to treat the sedimentation ofhighways. |
