Pavement roughness is one of the important indexes to evaluate the road pavementquality, safety and comfort of the vehicle. But the road surface roughness detection in Chinastarted late, relatively developed countries on the detection methods, technical meansrelatively backward, and pavement flatness detection technology research and innovationand other issues need to solve. During years of efforts, the country has designed indigenousinnovation wheel force transducers system. WFT wireless transmission of data transmissiondevice designed in this paper is composed by the signal conditioning modules, dataacquisition modules, Bluetooth wireless transmission module and road load spectrumprocessing modules. We will build a complete data acquisition and transmission devices,through the research and design of device hardware and software. Based on the researchachievement of WFT by the laboratory, this paper will give a detailed study and analysis ofwheel force sensor system architecture, and a focus of research on data collection, wirelessdata transmission, data processing and display conduct of wheel force, finally completeWFT wireless transmission of data transmission device by integrating each module in thePC hardware and software road load spectrum systems on.Net platform. Main workssummarized of the whole thesis are as follows:First, WFT wireless transmission of data transmission device designed in this paper hascompleted the communication between the upper and the lower in PC, reduced the costsassociated and the installation factor experiment and enhanced the operability of theexperiment by using CSR2.0+EDR Bluetooth version and wireless transmission ofBluetooth alternative to traditional wired cable transmission.Second, in this paper, C#language is used to develop an upper PC data acquisitioninterface for the lower crew based on. Net platform, achieving command controlling, dataacquisition, data displaying, data storage, data analyzing and other functions in order tocomplete the road load spectrum data reception, analysis, displaying, and other storage andmanagement.Finally, the methods of wavelet de-noising is used to preventing and handlingcollected road load spectrum data, and ant the colony algorithm based on neural network isused to pavement roughness analyze preprocessed data.
