| At present, the project feasibility study on the application of laboratory construction in colleges and universities is not much, do not form the system paradigm. In this paper, the experimental plant material forging works as a particular project case study on the feasibility of application of the theory. Before making a decision of the construction project investment, through the aspects of research and comparative analysis on technology, economy, engineering, financing, production, environment, laws, etc, and the prediction of the probable future economic benefits,the social and environmental impact when the project is completed, which made the project is worth the investment and construction advice on how to proceed.The paper simply introduced the feasibility study development history of the construction project and the operation environment of the experimental plant material forging, and put forward the necessity of the construction project and the meaning of the construction project as well as put forward a preliminary advice on the feasibility and construction of the project. This paper focused on making a brief overview of the construction of the project based on the related theories of feasibility studies, including the construction scale and the implementation schedule, site selection and construction conditions, combined with the environmental analysis, the preliminary feasibility of the project is proposed. Through the technical analysis on technical standards, design, environment impact of the project, and then an assessment of the economic and social benefits of the project is made through using investment management theory of the construction project, and finally a risk analysis is conducted through using the method of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), and ultimately this paper draws a conclusion that the forging experiment plant construction project is feasible, necessary and puts forward relevant proposals on the project cost, engineering quality requirements and campus environmental protection, etc.What makes this paper outstanding is that this paper presents innovative based on the experimental plant material forging project to carry out a comprehensive scientific and systematic analysis. The obtained conclusion that the project is feasible in the construction is to provide scientific basis of the right investment decisions, play a role of protecting and monitoring for the post-project’s implementation and achieve investment objectives. This can be helpful not only for the experimental plant material forging project investors and also for the project feasibility study to provide reference model. |
