| Highway construction projects have the characteristics of large investment,long route,and involves a lot of content,construction companies usually face relatively large financial pressure,therefore,in the construction process,project investors and managers should be fully aware of the possible risk factors,so as to make scientific and rigorous decisions.Under the background of current market environment and economic environment,how to effectively identify the problems existing in the process of investment risk management of highway construction projects and develop feasible risk countermeasures under the premise of ensuring project quality,schedule and safety are the focus of attention of project investors and managers.Taking the WT expressway construction project as the research object,combined with the relevant research literature,this paper sorts out the research of domestic and foreign scholars on investment risk management and highway investment risk management,combines the questionnaire survey method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the risk factors of project investment,and then proposes improvement strategies according to the problems existing in project risk management,such as cost risk,construction period risk,quality risk,safety risk,construction organization design risk and other aspects of management.Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the investment risk management of WT highway construction projects,in order to reduce the losses caused by risks,ensure the overall development progress of the project,and improve the project efficiency.This paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions for the improvement of investment risk management of WT expressway construction projects,and provides a basis for risk management in theory.However,due to the dynamic nature of risks,enterprises should always pay attention to possible risks when carrying out investment activities,actively respond to them and formulate corresponding strategies. |
