Rolling bearing quality can influence directly or indirectly the quality of the equipment which matched with the bearing and plays an important role in the normal operation of the equipment. Bearing performance such as vibration, friction torque, etc, is the important evaluation index of bearing quality, and the vibration of the bearing can accelerate the fatigue damage of parts. How to reasonably evaluate the quality and vibration of bearings has become a problem to be solved. Product control level and the reached standard grade are concerned by enterprises and users, and how to analyze these is also the problem to be solved.In order to evaluate the rolling bearing quality, this paper applied a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the quality of the bearing. Simply introduces the fuzzy evaluation theory, based on the fuzzy theory, the rolling bearing quality comprehensive evaluation model is established. Under the condition of poor information, the quality evaluation of tapered roller bearing roller can be used to verify the model. Rolling bearing quality assessment can be divided into grade one and grade two appraisal, viz, the bearing parts assessment and the bearing comprehensive assessment. Bearing quality fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can objectively and truly reflect the quality of the bearing which has great theoretical and practical value on the quality of the bearing evaluation with the aid of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and lays the foundation for the bearing quality assessment.Rolling bearing performance is an important index to assess the reliability of bearings and it has great practical significance to evaluate bearings performance. Based on the grey system theory, this paper introduces the basic process of grey statistics assessment, and then an experimental investigation on tapered roller bearings demonstrates the application of the proposed model and contrast analysis the statistical analysis and grey statistics assessment results. Rolling bearing performance gray evaluation is a scientific and reasonable method, which can reduce the influence of subjective factors, improve the accuracy of the appraisal conclusion, and provide a new method for rolling bearing performance evaluation.Factor decomposition and synthesis method is an effective approach to study complex affecting factors of the quality, and it can be used to product quality-achieving reliability. Product quality-achieving reliability analysis can help us understand the equipment processing capacity and control level of the product. This paper puts forward to a new concept of product quality-achieving reliability to assess the product quality. Firstly, it introduces classification process of mechanical products assessment indicator and its key affecting factors; then, it analyzes key influence factors and synthesizes its status value according to information-poor theory, creates a mechanical product quality-achieving reliability evaluation model; finally, an experimental investigation on tapered roller bearing to illustrate the application of the proposed model.Case study shows that, the test model and the methods studied in this paper have great generality; evaluation of rolling bearings is reliable and can meet engineering need. Thus, it lays a new theoretical foundation for the evaluation of rolling bearings quality and performance analysis.
