In the requirements of the some environments, such as pharmaceuticals, foods, electronics production class, light, etc. They have strict requirements for humidity, often below relative humidity of10%, therefore, a higher field desiccant air conditioning are required. Solid dehumidification is using solar, low-grade heat sources such as industrial waste heat, and saving a lot of energy, is not using the compressor, and have not atmospheric ozone pollution problem from HCFC. In the solid adsorbent molecular sieve and activated alumina have advantages for depth dehumidified air.Zeolite is synthesized from fly ash that is as the main raw material and sodium hydroxide is as an activator, the activated alumina is synthesized via sol-gel process, to carry out their analysis of the specific surface area, pore size, and thermal gravimetric.Confirmed that the device is designed to play its best condition. Establishment of the working fluid to test porous media air dehumidification and low-temperature regeneration of the experimental system, the system is composed of porous solid dehumidification regeneration system, humidity, temperature, pressure monitoring system and other ancillary equipment to adjust. Test temperature and humidity of air as a specific treatment target, Adsorption (regeneration) column by column and export data monitoring points are measured, like, the resultant humidity, temperature, pressure. Analysis of changes of moisture content, temperature and flow in the inlet air in the working fluid affect its porous dehumidification and regeneration work characteristics.Experimental system get the experimental testing in the different physical parameters of porous media and multiple conditions. In-depth study of porous working medium dehumidification and regeneration processes operating characteristics of solar and heat and mass transfer mechanism, The two materials are used to dehumidify and regenerate in air conditioning systems. The dehumidification performance of activated alumina and zeolite which is prepared to have absorbability in the laboratory compare with4A molecular sieve in the air environment of low temperature and humidity, Normal temperature and low humidity, Normal temperature and high moisture content. In the case of the depth of the desiccant dehumidification, analysis of better dehumidification performance is activated alumina is produced in laboratory, the dehumidification performance of zeolite molecular sieve is in the initial stages of the fast speed and good absorption, In the stable phase it have a gap in the dehumidification performance with activated alumina and molecular sieves4A because of its limit of specific surface area.In the more complete conditions measured the desiccant dehumidifying efficiency was evaluated at different regeneration temperatures. temperature to evaluate the efficiency of desiccant dehumidification. Tested by thermogravimetric analysis and regeneration experiments, the activity of the alumina may be prepared in the laboratory using a low temperature heat source to make the driving force, when the air inlet temperature of the regeneration stage is57.2℃, the highest dehumidification efficiency of activated alumina than the others.
