| With the economic and social development in our country, steel structure ismore and more often applied by designers in the field of civil construction.Especially after the2008Olympic Games, the state has increased the investmentof high-speed rail, airports and other infrastructure, which leads to a lot of stationsof High-speed Rail, subway and bus which is usually designed in large span steelstructure. This paper takes the Xiamen North Railway Station steel structure roofconstruction as engineering background, and puts forward the integral liftingscheme of super-length and lightweight mega steel pipe truss and analyzes stress,deformation and stability of the key components in the process of ascension, andprovides the process of numerical simulation and construction monitoring. Themain work and results are as follows:(1)Put forward integral lifting scheme of super-length and lightweight megasteel pipe truss and expounds the key technology of giant steel truss liftingscheme;(2) Theoretically analyze stress, deformation and stability of the keycomponent of super-length and lightweight mega steel pipe truss during lifting.And check the trusses stiffened column in the normal and non-normal condition ofstress and deformation, the guide frame in the lifting, lateral stability in theprocess of ascension and in position three conditions. And check the deformat ionand force of its own members truss in the normal process of lifting, and thestability stress and deformation of bracket component in the normal and off-sidelifting two conditions;(3) The finite element software is used to simulate the whole roofconstruction process, and the scheme of lifting monitoring program is madeaccording to the results of the analysis, and then monitoring the whole liftingprocess. The results of monitoring show that the stress and deformation of thewhole construction process are basically accordant with theoretical values and thatthe structure is in a low stress state. The construction process does not affect thesafety of the structure, but there are some difference between the actual stress stateand theoretical stress state.In this paper, it is a great reference value that the research and theachievement for the design and construction of the similar structures. And itprovides basic data and experience to the similar projects. |
