Design And Development Of A Separation Dynamics Simulation Platform

Separation scheme design is a very important part in the design of spacecraft. Thebody is affected by many factors in the process of separation, so it needs to simulate theseparation process to verify the reliability of the separation system. This dissertationdeveloped separation dynamics simulation software platform of high versatility to helpthe researchers design works.In this dissertation, a system simulation model with all the spacecraft separationmay occur is created. The dissertation fully consider the isolate’s changing process ofattitude, and taking account the uncertainly affect which produced by aerodynamic androcket thrust and other deviations, simulate various separation stage separation processto predict the correctness of the separation design bitterly and realistically, and tosimulate and verify the timing foe separation and separation movement and theseparation programs precisely. The separation software developed with high versatilityin this dissertation can be to work more isolated simulation programs.Taking account the deviations which come from the stage of design andmanufacture and test, the type and size of deviation have strong randomness and mutualcoupling effect, so that it is hard to obtain the separation under the extreme condition.Based on factors with deviation in the process of separation and the deviation range,targeting the Monte Carlo simulation calculation, through the analysis of the statisticalregularity of the results of simulation to get the influence of various factors on theseparation result.Finally, the conduct of a simulation model carry out on simulation platform ofseparation kinetics, the motion curve obtained can well reproduce the separationmovement. Take random target calculation for some separation process with disturbance,get the statistical results of the separation movement.
