In recent decades, honeycomb sandwich structure composite material in aviationfield components are increasingly replacing the metal material and played a huge role.Honeycomb sandwich structure due to the density is small, can significantly reducethe structure weight, high specific strength and specific stiffness, and its anisotropyperformance is strong, can carry on the design and manufacture according to thespecial requirements, has outstanding advantages compared with other materials andstructures.Although the honeycomb core composite board has long been applied in theaerospace industry, but the structure remains high rejection rate and the rejection rateof the problem, and thus produce a large number of useless waste, had a negativeimpact on manufacturing economy.
