From World War II to now, the noise inside the cabin has been the important point of the airplane noise research, as the environment problem increasingly outstanding today, it seems to be more important. In the process of airplane design, eased airplane weight as less as possible has very important meaning, because it can raise an airplane's conveyance ability. Based on the above reason, the application of light weight structure in the airplane cabin's noise decline design is put forward. The commonly used light structure includes the honeycomb sandwich panel, the ripple panel…etc. and the folder-filler sandwich panel which was developed in the last few years.In this research, the basic acoustic characteristics in the low frequency range of"V-type"folder-filler structure and honeycomb structure were discussed. First, introduced the acoustic calculation theory foundation of a general FEM software ANSYS, pointed out each meaning of the importation parameter. Second, introduced folder-filler structure and honeycomb structure in brief. Third, by using ANSYS software to calculate 28 kinds of"V-type"folder-filler structure panels and 12 kinds of honeycomb structure sandwich panels, each parameters'influence on the TL (transmission loss) has been found out, and possible reason was analyzed. At last, contrast analysis of these two kinds of light structure'TL under the homology height and the area density has been done, which can provide an application reference.
