Quality Control Problem Study Of The Central Vacuuming Equipment Installation Project

The society has become a pillar industry of the construction industry. Human,material of construction projects investment and consumption are all accounted formost of the GDP, so the key is one-time completion of the required qualityengineering products. The manifestation of the people’s life and property safetyengineering product quality is good or bad, the survival and development also playsan absolute role of the construction industry. Therefore research into the subject has avery important practical significance of the management and control of the quality ofconstruction projects.The paper first describes the general theory of quality control, made a clearlydefined basic concepts of quality and quality control, and content quality control andengineering basis, procedures, principles, methods, steps and elements wereelaborated in detail. Secondly, on the basis of the central vacuuming equipmentinstallation project brief, summary of the status of the quality control of the project.Further study of the project and found that the problem exists in the quality controlprocess, and analyze the reasons for these problems, including: construction workersis low quality, poor awareness of quality control, quality control methods behind theimplementation of the system is not strictly irrational allocation of rights andresponsibilities. Again, the thesis put forward a corresponding improvement measures,namely: strengthening personnel training efforts to improve the awareness of qualitycontrol, improved quality control method, the implementation of the managementsystem and optimize the quality control system. Finally, the paper gives a summary ofthe conclusions, and an outlook on future research directions.
