As an example on space tracking-pointing mechanism,the paper introduces theprecision impact of the space special environment on the accuracy of the space.The Spacetracking-pointing mechanism is a organization with functions of dynamic tracking andpointing,and is often used on space remote sensing satellite, space optical camera, is aimportant space agency to realize the dynamic tracking pointing to a wide range, itsprecision is the key indicators to measure its performance.In this paper, the machining error and vibration error, temperature alternating error,micro-gravity and release error, dynamic error of the factors with clearance, areanalysised correspondly.and puts forward the corresponding measures to avoid error inengineering application.First of all, the paper loads the process of error that inductive processing variousappearing from the perspective of the processing, manufacture, install; Homogeneouscoordinate transformation using d-h method. Using the method of vector to solve, and thetracking-pointing error model is concluded,which is used to solve specific data, and werecompared which based on the deviation Angle and rotation Angle changes.Secondly, the impact of gravity, temperature, the temperature distribution andtemperature error of the typical parts deformation under different environmentalconditions was studied using the theory of structural finite element and static analysissoftware, and at last it is to consider more environment coupling error analysis on thespace tracking-pointing mechanism.Again, under the condition of flexible component considered, the paper solves themotion of a single flexible body and the movement relationship of two flexiblebody;Based on the Lagrange equation and multiplier method to the dynamic modeling,the paper obtained the corresponding dynamic equations, and a modal analysis wascarried out.It is studied by using dynamic analysis software, considering clearance gravity,friction, collision deformation, energy loss and simulation mode, and so on. And solve thetrajectory, the collision force curve of the joints, and analyses the stability, to solve thevibration frequency. Finally, comprehensiving the above results, the corresponding indexes werecompared and the paper analyzed the various factors affecting the degree of influence oftracking-pointing mechanism, solved the total mechanical error, and on the premise ofmeet the requirements of various performance indicators, and put forward opinions andSuggestions for improvement.
