The hydraulic manifold block plays a key role in hydraulic system, it can decreasethe space of the whole hydraulic system equipment occupied, and make the installationeasily, to make the manifold block more miniaturize and standardize is always the goal ofoptimization design for manifold block. Nowadays the blocks in integrated hydraulicsystem are increasingly complex, complex structure and types of external elements makemore intricacy of the internal channel connection and processing about the integrate block,and also will result in lots of frictional pressure loss, so it is particularly important to theoptimization design of integrated blocks on energy efficiency. Due to the complexoptimization design, it’s also one important part in improve the efficience of automaticdesign.This article applies the fluid dynamics method in view of the internal fluid flowcharacteristics of manifold blocks, explore the influence of parameters of the internalstructure of hydraulic manifold blocks on the flow characteristics, obtain the mathematicmodel of pressure loss and internal channel dimension by using nonlinear regression withsimulation data, and make it a goal to start the structure design automatically, then thecombination of structure optimize and performance optimize become true.The main research content is as follows:1. Based on the structure characteristics of internal channel in manifold block, thisarticle raised one three-dimensional coupling model for steady flow and unsteady flow,and this modeling lay the foundation of simulation for flow field.2. Make a simulate calculation of flow characteristics of typical network inside thehydraulic manifold blocks, through the simulation data summarized the characteristics anddiscipline of pressure loss inside hydraulic manifold block, using nonlinear regressionwith simulation data to obtain mathematical formulas, the pressure loss is dependentvariable, the structure parameter of channel is independent variable, and providemathematic model for the combination of structure parameter change and performanceoptimization. 3. Based on the flow characteristics to obtain mathematical model of hydraulicmanifold block optimization, provide the variables of optimize design, optimizedobjective function and constraint condition. First, make modeling for the connection oftwo channels to do the optimization and check of internal channel, then the optimizationof channel layout, combine the intelligent optimization algorithms and reality optimizerule to achieve the quadratic optimization of internal structure about hydraulic manifoldblock.4Make a call about the3d graphics software, flow field analysis software andpost-processing software by Visual c++6.0to make an analysis of flow characteristics oftypical network inside the hydraulic manifold blocks, and developed the integratedoptimization design system with MATLAB and SolidWorks. Finally, make a test andverify for integrity of this article.
