With the improvement of people living standard and quality, there is higher requestespecially for transport vehicle comfort. The emergence of the high power engine meetsthe requirements of the vehicle performance, but vibration reduction of automotivetransmission system of noise reduction measures are also put forward higherrequirements. Traditional torsional vibration damper has certain effect in vibration noisereduction of the transmission system, but there are also many insurmountable problem:unable to reduce the resonance of automobile transmission system to idle speed, smallreverse range, such as the emergence of dual mass flywheel provides a way to solve thisproblem well.Firstly, double quality flywheel of background and trend of the development ofboth at home and abroad are introduced in this paper as well as the currentresearch.And status quo of dual mass flywheel and market application has carried onthe comparison and analysis, integrated the advantages and disadvantages of variousstructure of dual mass flywheel at the same time. Then we put forward a new dual massflywheelSecondly through the analysis of the basic working parameters of the flywheel, thetorque of the flywheel is determined function and we use determine the torque functionto design torque model line and the actual contour line. At the same time, according tothe actual contour line of the identified specific geometric parameters is designed tomatch the torque compensation combination of parts. In order to offset compensationinstitution after the high speed rotating centrifugal force, the new a balancingmechanism is designed.Finally some common used torsional vibration model of the modeling and analysismethod automobile drive system is discussed, and we use the ADAMS software toestablish the equivalent of three quality of two degrees of freedom vehicle equivalenttorsional vibration model of the transmission system, apply the mechanical vibrationtheory and system matrix method to solve the inherent frequency characteristics of thetransmission system and the amplitude frequency characteristics, calculate theamplitude-frequency characteristic curve of the system and the first, second orderresonance frequency, use vibration module simulation to improve before and afterimprovement for sine excitation vibration damping effect of dual mass flywheel. After the simulation contrast,we can see that the improved double quality flywheel can alsoreduce the automobile transmission system resonance speed, and in the case of the sameincentive torsional vibration damping effect is an obvious.It is very good to protecttransmission system and verify the analysis model and the correctness of the theoreticalcalculation, reaching the design target.
