As the main component of today’s rock bolting system, anchoring system plays animportant role in every aspect of social development. So whether the serviceperformance of a anchoring system is good or not will have great impact on socialstability, public property and people’s lives. However, bolt anchoring always works ingeology working environment which is extremely complex and terrible. Especially inrecent years, the economy is developing rapidly. People are increasingly seeking to theunderground space and the pollution of underground environment is also more serious.So the durability of mortar anchor problem is given more and more attention by people.At present the research of the durability on the surface structure has achieved fruitfulresults. The stress and working environment of the structure on the ground is verydifferent from underground anchorage system. So the predecessors’ research resultscannot be directly applied to geotechnical anchorage structure engineering and whichcarried out the special research in the field of it is very necessary.To do the research, this paper is based on the research of PhD Xv Hong, MasterDegree Candidate Zhou Jinfei and Master Degree Candidate Han Zhenhua, analyzingand summarizing their research results. Here shows the main research work below.1. Use the finite element software to do numerical simulation experiments, whichis to prove the classic Fick second law. Introducing the finite element software into thecorrosive medium diffusion field of mortar anchor to prove its rationality.2. According to the rationality of the finite element introduction, compare theasymmetric diffusion results of different corrosive medium in the undergroundenvironment. Summarize and discover the diffusion laws on different routes.3. Put forward the revised diffusion model of corrosive medium, which is mainlybased on the research result of the physical experiment which the author had taken partin. Revise the diffusion coefficient and the initial concentration of chlorid ion basing onthe classic Fick second law, and then put forward the model.4. Analyze and summarize physics experiment research result. Use numericalsimulation method to prove the pullout test without suffering any corrosive environmentand make up for the shortness of physics experiment. Study the influence ofdimensional effect and external load on interfacial adhesion. 5.Analyze and summarize physics experiment research result. The stiffness factorFKN and interface friction coefficient MU of the finite element model is obtained byoptimization back analysis method. And by this method,the paper analysis themechanical properties changing of the mortar anchor solid under the loads and theerosion by underground environment corrosion. So this method can achieve thecorrosion field and stress field coupling. Fit the contact surface parameters and therelationship between the corrosion time formula. On this basis, to make up for the lackof physical test, studied the corrosion after mortar anchor solid interface to therelationship between mechanical properties and corrosion time.
