The modern weapon equipment systems with multi-tier architectures, relationshipsbetween factors is complex wait for a characteristic, the modeling and evaluation ofweapon equipment system analysis is an important problem in. Multi attribute analysismethod (Multi-attribute Utility Analysis, MAUA) in uniform dimension, eliminatecorrelation of has a strong advantage, but the existing MAUA method for uncertaintyinformation description and operation is not mature. Therefore, this paper will combineMAUA and fuzzy mathematics, the fuzzy multi-attribute utility analysis (Fuzzy MAUA,FMAUA) in-depth study. The main research works of this paper are as follows:(1) This paper gives the basic principle of FMAUA, the basic flow. In the fuzzytheory, combined with the traditional MAUA summarized, that the basic principle andbasic flow of FMAUA.(2) This paper solves the evaluation index uncertainty description. Demonstratesthe necessity of considering uncertainty, puts forward the uncertainty informationnormalization processing point of view, gives the specific normalization method andalgorithm process.(3) This paper The utility function is proposed to determine the method. Thetraditional method for analysis and optimization is put forward; membership functionand utility function method for determining mutual reference point; fuzzy utilityfunction mapping concept, given its mapping surface mapping method;(4) This paper to solve the problem of calculating the fuzzy utility value. Threecases are given the function mapping3D projection view; trapezoidal fuzzy numbers isgiven based on the feature points of the fuzzy utility value calculation method are given;based on discrete fuzzy set method for solving algorithm flow.(5) This paper gives the method of evaluation of the weight. Analyse the scale ofanalytic hierarchy process; fuzzy indifference pairs method; draw a comprehensivemethod, summarize and compare the three methods, analyze the applicable conditionsof three kinds of methods.(6) This paper gives the FMAUA sample application. Using FMAUA tomulti-attribute decision making classic cases and evaluation of combat capability ofarmament systems case analysis, verify the feasibility and correctness of FMAUA.(7) This paper completed the XML based on the input output data standardizationdescription. In order to antimissile system combat capability evaluation as an example,based on the XML of the input and output data were standardized description, and basedon XML Schema standardized validation document.
