Currently, the research in the field of decision making for cable tunnel in China is insufficient relatively. The decision problem of the scheme to build cable tunnel is still in the stage of feasibility study. Besides, the technical and economic multi-attribute evaluation system has not been established. Therefore, scientific and reasonable selection of cable tunnel construction plan has important practical meaning to the healthy development of society and the long-term layout of city planning.According to characteristics of cable tunnel project evaluation, the article established the fuzzy multiple attribute evaluation system for cable tunnel construction scheme, and improved the evaluative dimensions. Taking a cable tunnel project in Shijiazhuang for example, the article successfully used a variety of decision theory to make decisions for selection of construction scheme of cable tunnel.By improving the existing triangular fuzzy number theory, the article advanced a new idea in this dissertation. It is combined the golden ratio triangular fuzzy number by integrating golden section scale and the triangular fuzzy number. Combining the complementary judgment matrix approach, this paper will lay the foundation for determining the subjective weight of index to evaluate the importance of index by using GR-T fuzzy number. Because of the disadvantages of the subjective weight by experience, this article introduced entropy method to solve the objective weight, and combined the two methods to form the comprehensive weight. Then again, the paper put forward the risk attitude factor, and the preference degree of risk evaluation is considered in this dissertation.Taking a cable tunnel project in Shijiazhuang for example, this paper analysised and selected the index of construction scheme of tunnel, and determined two indexes of the load flow and the silo construction. The two indexes is different from the other evaluation of municipal tunnel, and this reflected the particularity of power tunnelevaluation. The applicability of the indicators is analysed, and the selection system of the power tunnel scheme is established in this dissertation. This paper analyzed with the TOPSIS method, the projection method and the grey correlation method. This dissertation proved that shallow excavation method is the optimal solution. The scheme of actual project is in line with the conclusion, so then it is verified that the applicability and rationality of the GR-T fuzzy number.This paper drew two conclusions by the error analysis of the calculation results using TOPSIS method,projection method and grey correlation method. Two conclusions are drawn by analyzing the error of the calculation results using these three methods. Due to optimal spatial geometric solution is not unique, the evaluation accuracy of TOPSIS method is reduced. When optimum solution is used as an alternative, grey correlation method can not make full use of the information and maybe loss gray level, so there is a certain error between the calculated data and the true value.
