The critical load of current Technical Specification For Concrete Ctructures OfTall Building on the elastic shear walls under different supporting conditions, usingthe unified formula to express, it mainly determined by the shear wall’s length ofcalculation, thickness and modulus of elasticity, considering the concrete material’sproperty of elastic and plasticity, the load stay and the influences of load eccentricity, requirements design value vertical uniformly distributed line load from the top wall isless than the critical load1/8.The structure design software SATWE in calculation of steady of shear wall, according to "technical specification for concrete structures of tall building" uniformformula of to execute, but in fact the slab should be elastic support for shear wall, floor slab stiffness provides shear wall level constraints, the bending stiffness of therotational restraint provided to the shear wall, the current code in the analysis of shearwall stability, to use hinged support is lack of science. This paper first carries on the structural design of the Jiangxi area of a high-riseresidential building project, determine the layout of the structure and componentsection sizes. And then conduct eigenvalue buckling analysis and nonlinear analysisof single L type shear wall by finite element analysis method, then the results werecompared with the standard’s calculation, showed that L type shear wall with shortlimb length is controlled in a reasonable scope, so it can guarantee the supportfunction on the long limb direction.By using the finite element software ANSYS interception local two storey frameshear wall structure to conduct eigenvalue buckling analysis, through changing variousparameters that affect the stability of shear wall shear stability analyzes, changeparameters include floor openings, shear wall section thickness, beam stiffness.Theresults show floor openings larger impact on the shear stability, open hole area is toolarge, it will lead to shear stability can not meet regulatory requirements,In addition, and section thickness shear stiffness of the beam also has a greater impact on shearstability,When the shear wall thickness greater than350mm, the prevailing normsshear stability calculation formula unsafe.
