High-rise buildings are developing rapidly in our country. They are becoming higher and higher, and the form is becoming more complicated increasingly. It is more and more difficult and complicated for the second-phase seismic design. Hence, it is very important to work out the nonlinear element models that are used to time-history analysis for high-rise buildings which are complicated. This work makes sense in theory and practice. On the basis of summarizing the element model's strongpoint and shortcoming of beam, column and shear wall, and based on fiber model, the new element models of beam, column and shear wall are put forward for time-history analysis of frame-shear wall structure in high-rise buildings. The column element is a two-node spatial element, by some assumptions, the element is simplified to a plane beam element with two nodes, the shear wall element is a four-node spatial element, The nonlinear performance of the three kinds of elements applied earthquake load is indicated by the resilience characteristics of steel bar and concrete material. Several aspects as follows are studied:(1) To establish the new element models of beam and column for nonlinear analysis, and their stiffness matrixes are established.(2) To establish the new spatial element model of shear wall for nonlinear analysis, and it's stiffness matrixes is established.(3) Applied the new models of the beam, column and shear wall, a computer program for time-history analysis of frame-shear wall structure in high-rise buildings is designed, the example is used to prove that the model is both correct and effective.
