China’s railway has entered rapid development period, bring convenience toeveryday life at the same time also added the dangers of driving. The running of thetrain speed so fast that any slight outside nuisance or the consequences of naturaldisasters brought could lead to a fatal consequences that will likely to cause seriouseconomic loss and the workers’ life safety. These outside nuisance include slopelandslide and collapse rockfalls, strong winds, heavy rain, snow, ground shaking, andforeign invasion and so on.Nowadays, as technology and economic development. The current railway slopeprotection monitoring using the method of artificial monitoring by experiencedtechnical staff of railway slope to take corresponding safety inspection on schedule.And then according to their own observations of the past to predict the sturdiness ofslope and reduce the incidence of the disaster. But as the railway slope landslidedisaster often have unexpected danger, often lead to strong earthquake, storm,hurricane, this case is impossible to look at themselves. Staff observe failure andsubjectivity, considering from the above aspects, staff observation method is used toprevent disaster, we can only all-weather monitoring rely on electronic products, canplay a role, and use of the electronic equipment can real-time monitoring, highreliability, security, stability.This paper design the front-end system design,(repeater monitoring systemdesign, the upper machine design of control system, which can realize real-timemonitoring of landslide, alarm information, and other functions.Complete hardware design and software design of a complete set of are alsogiven in this paper, using ARM Cortex-M3as the core controller, usingSTM32F107VCT6microprocessor as the main control chip of this system, the designof the GPS positioning, railway landslide detection circuit, wireless sending andreceiving circuit, solar power supply circuit, telephone ringing, off-hook and on-hookcircuit, etc. System by monitoring landslides tilt sensor information, by the GPS positioning information sent via wireless transmission module to the repeatermonitoring stations under the mountain, by ringing detection circuit and circuit ofoff-hook and on-hook and MT8880codec circuit by telephone line transmission firstmachine. So as to realize the real-time monitoring and alarm, etc.System performance test of the hardware and software test, hardware test mainlytested the tilt sensor, upper machine and lower machine, front-end system design thecommunication between test and PC serial communication, monitoring and controlsystem alarm center joint communications and integration testing of the software.
