As the third-generation solar cells, dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCs) havefeatures such as no pollution, low cost, simple preparation process and flexibility,which have been considered as one of the most promising solar cells. The flexiblefeature expands the scope of application of DSCs, which is one of the most promisingdirections that have development prospects. This article targeted this subject researchwhich has great promising prospect. And photoelectrode and the counter electrodeprepared by low temperature were studied, which provided a basis for low-cost,flexible, transparent DSCs.Photoelectrode:SnO2/TiO2composite porous film was in situ formed by lowtemperature(150℃) thermal treatment using Sncl4as the precursor mixture TiO2nanoparticle at FTO substrate. And it was introduced on DSCs as photoelectrode. Theeffect for composite porous film of SnO2contents on the photovoltaic performancesof dye-sensitized solar cells(DSCs) was emphatically analyzed. The results showedthat short circuit current and conversion efficiency had first increased and thendecreased, and reached maximum when SnO2content at25wt%. The value was2.74and4.52times of without binder TiO2photoelectrode DSCs respectively. Theimprovement of photoelectric performance of device is mainly due to the diffuseSnO2during composite porous film, which acts as ‘bridge structure’, improving theinterface of the TiO2particles and the interface between TiO2particles with FTO, andproviding more effective export paths for photogenerated electrons.Electrode: the use of a simple solution was spin-coating process to PEDOT: PSSaqueous solution of the starting material was prepared on the FTO substrate PEDOT:PSS electrodes, focusing on the introduction of the dopant10kinds of PEDOT: PSSelectrodes modified Discussion the effect of light absorption doped optical propertiesof flexible DSCs sided. Studies have shown that: doping on the double-sided flexibleDSCs photoelectric absorption significantly affect performance, relative to purePEDOT:PSS, in addition to the optical properties of doped without PEG200improved,the other9kinds of doping substances are improved, mainly because of PEG200. After doping, DSCs optical performance degradation is mainly the result ofcompetition from the surface resistivity and transmittance of each other.Simultaneously simulates the light from the incident found on the electrodes, dopingPEDOT: PSS as DSCs backside electrode has good absorption properties.Finally, a large area of DSCs conducted a preliminary study, combined with thedevelopment of new photovoltaic electrode and the counter electrode, assembled asimple double-sided light-absorbing flexible DSCs.
