The volatility of wind power output, and power systems with real-time loadbalancing and so on, all the above features need to be considered. The only way theload side gets the wind power is through state grid, in this way, renewable energysources can be efficiently used. Power flow will change when wind power gridconnected with the grid, besides, wind power itself limited reception capacity andother issues, in varying degrees, reducing the positive role of wind power in theenergy saving. Effectively improve the energy storage technology because theseproblems, greatly enhancing the social and economic benefits of wind power havebecome one of the important techniques in the field of wind power.By analyzing the largest battery energy storage capacity and battery charge anddischarge power and other factors, to establish a mathematical model of batterycharging and discharging. On this basis, according to the standard of the theory, fanconverter’s control systems and energy storage systems are given. Reliabilityevaluation parameters using a sampling method for rapid large-scale systemreliability evaluation, in full consideration of various types of load fault durationpremise, through reasonable simulation of wind resources and wind turbine capacityto starting the transmission system, impact analysis and applied to a wind farm on thereliability of the power system.Macroeconomic policy and planning-based wind farms, to study wind farmenergy storage system, to analyze the impact of large-scale wind power on powersystem reliability, and to bring maximize social and economic benefits, theestablishment of wind effectiveness evaluation index system and evaluation model forthe joint operation of the reservoir has been made. Energy storage system capacity tooptimize the configuration and simulation analysis, that wind/storage systems canachieve the greatest social and economic benefits.
