In recent years,Wind power as a new energy with clean,environmental protection,pollution-free advantages have been vigorously developed.But wind power has some strong faults such as fluctuations,indirect,and unstable,these faults can make the uncertainty influence the reliability of wind power generation.At the same time,large-scale wind power grid will cause power grid voltage and frequency of volatility,seriously influenced the stability of the power grid.Energy storage system through power fast filling put calm wind power fluctuations in flexible and effective way,to reduce its influence on power system disturbance,improve the quality of wind power grid electricity.The wind storage combined system of economy mainly reflects on the efficient allocation of storage capacity.So the rational configuration of energy storage capacity of the has important economic and engineering practical significance.In this paper,research work focuses on the control strategy of the wind power extraction joint storage system as well as the energy storage capacity of optimizing the allocation of research.Firstly,through analysis on characteristics of centralized wind power fluctuations,show that the energy storage system to tame the necessity of power fluctuations.Establish a doubly-fed fan,battery,super capacitor energy storage device,the mathematical model of the battery and super capacitor running line complementary characteristics analysis.In the MATLAB simulation platform to build wind store joint simulation model,for subsequent wind joint system power distribution and storage capacity allocation to lay the good foundation.Secondly,this paper proposed based on adaptive Kalman power decomposition of wind power hybrid energy storage capacity allocation method.The method adopts the time-varying domain recursive regression estimation method,the optimal filtering theory combined with wind the joint storage system,the wind power output Kalman decomposition,isolated grid output power and energy storage device to tame.According to the battery and super capacitor running complementary characteristics,and part of low frequency and high frequency area to stabilize,respectively.At the same time,effectively solve the traditional Kalman power decomposition low-pass filter power decomposition peak time lag,slow power insensitivity.Effectively improve the ability of smooth power output.Finally,by analyzing the energy storage operation management structure,establish a hybrid energy storage comprehensive economic costs as the minimum objective function of optimization,under various constraint conditions meet the hybrid energy storage system management model of the control strategy,In each storage unit actual operation characteristics and stability for the qualitative index,combined with the actual problem is presented based on the hybrid energy storage capacity of genetic algorithm optimization configuration method.The simulation in MATLAB platform to build hybrid energy storage system,by an example and optimized energy storage device charged state of(SOC)range,verify that the energy storage capacity allocation method is effective.
