High temperature alloy material with its high temperature strength, good fatigueproperties, fracture toughness, plastic and other comprehensive performance is widelyused in the aerospace field, with the continuous development of aviation aerospacetechnology, in order to effectively control and detection of high temperature alloyquality and performance, nondestructive testing technology across its entireproduction engineering, including raw materials, billet and finished products atvarious stages.but because of material itself coarse grains and big noise. the effect ofnondestructive testing has not been ideal. Based on this the paper designed amulti-channel phased array ultrasonic testing system used in the detection of hightemperature alloy.First.the comparative study of water immersion ultrasonic method, F scanningmethod and conventional phased array three methods of testing the detection effect ofhigh temperature alloy plate casting material, analysis of the limitations of variousmethods and puts forward the special dedicated to phased array detection systemstructure and key technology of performance indicators.Secondly.this paper expounds the composition of multi-channel ultrasonic phasedarray testing system, including ultrasonic transmission circuit module, ultrasonicreceiving circuit module, phased array delay module, control module and powersupply module as a whole. In detail elaborated the structure and working principle ofeach module.Thirdly. based on mxa4940design realization of pulse excitation voltage of200v.the transmission voltage by max4936chip to realize the effective isolationprotection.finally the experimental results show that under the load of1k Ω circuit togenerate the pulse width of100ns, plus or minus firing pulse firing voltage of120v.Then.based on CPLD high frequency clock driver, by improving the counterencoding as well as to the time delay module assembly line processing, has reachedthe design phased-array delay accuracy required. The simulation results show that thetime delay control system can effectively achieve minimum4ns step delay.Finally, based on the FPGA+PCI architecture, USES the internal resources of theFPGA, by programming and optimization system for ultrasonic signal receivingmodule implements string and high-speed transmission. And the key unit of ultrasonicphased array system for debugging and experimental verification, the simulation and experiment show that receiving module can realize transmission and collection of80installed base.
