Multiple output converter has been widely used in commercial, industrial and military equipment.With the rapid development of science and technology, multiple output converter is widely used inmore electric aircraft and satellites military project, with its unique advantages. With the developmentof electrification of satellite and aircraft, the demand for multiple output module power supplybecome more and more big. Therefore, research on the multiple output converter of space satellitepower supply becomes more and more important. In the aerospace power module, it has strictrequirements of power density and cross regulation, and good reliability. Multiple output converters iswidely used because of its small volume, light weight, simple structure and isolation characteristics.A new optimization method of the multiple output forward converter used in the space satellite isproposed. Multiple output converter rectifier circuit has been modeled. The weighted optimizationmethod is proposed, through the proposed modeling method, the small signal model of the system canbe got. Combined with weighted optimization method, design the closed loop parameters, meet thecross regulation and stability requirements of the system. Compared to the multiple output converterwith one sensed output control, the weighted feedback multiple output converter ensures the voltageaccuracy of each output voltage, as long as the feedback coefficient and the transformer turns ratio arewell designed. The aerospace power requires good stability and cross regulation, compared to themultiple output converter with one sensed output control, the stability and the cross regulation arebetter in the weighted feedback multiple output converter.In order to verify the proposed designed method, the prototypes of the multiple output converterwith one sensed output control and the multiple output converter with weighted feedback control havebeen built. The experimental results and discussion in detail are presented.
