| Special utilization of our country’s airspace is the bottleneck factor of the air traffic servicecapacity. In order to adapt to the rapid growth of air traffic flow and solve the flight delay, how tostudy the dynamic airspace capacity accurately and establish traffic management measuresscientifically become the pressing problem facing in airspace operation and management.Airspace dynamic capacity is closely related to the ATC workload’s complexity, In order toquantitatively study the airspace dynamic capacity, providing the basis for scientific trafficmanagement. This article is concluded that the airspace dynamic capacity associated with thecoupling of the air traffic flow model by multiple regression analysis, with the perspective of theATC workload and airspace traffic complexity. On the basis of the dynamic airspace capacity andtraffic flow relationship model, this article established an approach sector flow mixing modelbased on the minutes-in-trail of the air traffic flow management.Firstly, this paper studies the dynamic capacity related to route traffic through the dynamicdensity model, and establishes the relation between airspace complexity and sector route traffic.Secondly, it uses ATC workload’s complexity to study ATC non-observable workload, gettingsector dynamic capacity based on the sector traffic flow, according to the theory of DORATASKmethod. Thirdly, it choices appropriate parameter to design the air traffic flow management basedon the minutes-in-trail, and uses genetic algorithm to solve it. Finally, the model is verified byKunming instance, and further analysis the feasibility of the model and limitations. Through thestudy in this paper, the dynamic airspace capacity and traffic flow relationship model satisfytime-varying characteristics of capacity and the stability of the flow measure. This modelimproves the efficiency of management and the utilization of airspace resource. |
