Precision time is one of important strategic resources for a country. The maindeveloped countries pay great attention to the time frequency system. The timekeeping technology has always been one of the core study. The Time and FrequencyStandard Laboratory of National Time Service Center Chinese Academy of Sciences(NTSC) undertakes the high precision time producing, controlling and broadcasting inour country, which has long produced and kept our country’s Time Scale optimalperformance. The core technology of time keeping is how to produce an accurate andstable time scale. In the process can produce vast amounts of data and relatedinformation, Not only to research on the key technologies of time keeping, andautomatic efficient processing of information plays an important role in the punctualsystem automation.The paper focuses on the actual requirement of our time and frequency standard,for the following research work: first, the algorithm of data preprocessing andimproved thick error processing methods studied. The Maxinum Threshold methodand3Sigma Algorithm combined with Least Square Algorithm can be applied to thesingular point detection analysis. Second, the result of noise reducing of data showedthat in order to meet different demands we have to make a balance betweenparameters such as smoothness, fitting degree and stability. Finally, through analysisdifferent atomic clocks performances and studied the effects of time scale generatedby different groups of atomic clocks. The parameters such as the principle of clockweights, the limit to weights, sampling interval and computing cycles which have aninfluence on time scale are also analyzed in this paper. A new Similar ALGOSMethod is studied and implemented on the basis of classical ALGOS Algorithm. Theresults show that the new mothod has a better performance than the classical.To maintain the timeliness of data processing, reflect the real-time status of timeinformation. Automated data analysis process is necessary to ensure good stability oftime scale and data reliability. Software of Time-keeping Information is developed,which provide convenience for data process and monitoring time-keeping system. Thesoftware designed in this paper and main research results of Related Algorithms canbe used in Time-keeping system operation, the main content and innovative points ofthe paper is as follows: (1) Compared to the traditional data preprocessing applied to all atomic clockswith the same model, the paper has improved to specially data preprocessingmodel for every clock.(2) Real-time adjustment of clock groups and the parameters of time scalealgorithm to calculate time scale is implemented.(3) The pater has analyzed the effects of time scale generated by differentgroups of atomic clocks, and the parameters of time scale algorithm such asthe principle of clock weights, the limit to weights, sampling interval andcomputing cycles which have an influence on atomic time. A new SimilarALGOS Method is developed on the basis of classical ALGOSAlgorithm.Finally, Software allows real-time calculate atomic time.(4) Two data preprocessing software and two TA calculation software aredeveloped based on the MFC Library Reference of Microsoft Visual C++6.0platform, Each Software has independent functions, and theycommunicate with each other by parameter transfer. Moreover, thesesoftware can be ported to other works.Analysis Software for Singularity Detection can analysis the just rightSingularity Detection Algorithm and its parameters for every clock.Achieve the appropriate algorithm and parameter of time measurement datafiltering for each clock.Analysis Software for Noise reduction can analysis the just right data noisereduction method and its parameters for every clock.Clocks Fundament Optimization Software can give the most optimalcomposition of the clocks which used for time keeping, and also can set thedifferent parameters in Similar ALGOS algorithm.Clock Real-time Monitoring Software can monitor every clock performancesupervision, and real-time calculate atomic time.
