Shaoguan area is rich in hydropower resources, water and electricity with a totalinstalled capacity is big, but most of them have no adjustment ability of runoff powerplant, part of the capacity of regulating reservoir reservoir type power plant the seasoncan only achieve adjustment ability, most of these small hydropower directlyconnected to the power supply network, dedicated Internet proportion is very small.There is big limitation in this kind of small hydropower and connected to theelectricity grid.This paper introduces in detail the characteristics of the distributedsmall hydropower, micro and small hydropower as the main power network structure,load frequency response, operation and control problems, and to the development ofsmall hydropower lines for micro involves the technical transformation of networkproblems.The main content of this paper include: first, this paper introduces thecharacteristics and the access of distributed small hydropower power grid structure,and to the grid in voltage fluctuation, power factor, the main effect, the power supplyreliability, relay protection and automatic device Settings problems; Second, throughthe introduction on small hydro power grid structure of three kinds of equivalent givescomplete micro network structure, and introduces the micro net load management andcontrol of the network monitoring and protection system, power management andcontrol system, emergency response system and other devices; Three, usingMATLAB software simulation research on micro network load frequencycharacteristics, through the study, use the small hydropower to frequency modulation,frequency of volatile and unstable, access to other forms of power and energy storagedevices, and frequency fluctuations decrease obviously, frequency deviation can alsocontrol the acceptable range; Four, finally introduces the micro network operation andcontrol problems, mainly is an island running status and the characteristics of paralleloperation status and operation requirements, micro network control method, and theisland state of running state and parallel operation of frequency and voltage valuewhen switching between the simulation analysis. This article finally concluded the technical modification of the small hydropowerlines method, mainly include the Internet line and load line separation, addingpressure regulating device of the reactive power compensation, protection reformfrom three aspects, also summarizes the small hydropower line to develop intopioneers to consider a few questions, mainly including develop various forms ofpower supply, increase the energy storage device, parallel operation requirements,monitoring measures to reform and so on. These conclusions will be rich in smallhydropower region distribution network planning and construction play a guidingsignificance.
