The development of the economy, has brought the increase of urbantransportation, and urban traffic problem is increasingly emerged, so the problem ofheavy traffic become the biggest problem. Many cities develop public transportationto ease traffic congestion, and the effect is obvious, such as Tokyo, Hong Kong hasbecome the international recognition of Bus City. Nanchang became the second batchof country "Bus City" successfully on November24,2013, this paper take this as thebackground, mainly from the Angle of scheduling optimization of public transportservices. Bus dispatching work is the central nervous system of the bus operation,witch controls the bus departure time, arrival time and availability of dense, etc. andthe series of control activities are based on the passengers’ requirements. Through thebus dispatching work, how to make passengers comfortable effective and reliable,witch become a big test of regular bus operation management. Changed as time andspace, bus passenger flow, has its own rules to follow. Technical person how to graspthe discipline of bus dispatching, to provide reasonable divisions of the service, tomeet passengers’ demand high effectively, comfortably, reliably, this article analyzefrom the passenger traffic rules and requirements, and determine the departureinterval of the bus company, shift arrangement, etc, and the establishment of both totalcost minimization model. The main work is to make the bus companies to providepassenger capacity, can meet the demand of passenger travel in every period, toachieve balance between supply and demand. The main content is divided as thefollowing:(1) A single line passenger flow analysis. For a known routes, assuming that thewiring is reasonable. On line passenger flow with car investigation period of time, forgetting on or off the number and arrival time information. Through the sampleanalysis, calculate each time arrival rate of each site (i.e., the number of each site inthis line per minute), all the lines of each site traffic passenger flow information, etc.(2) A single line scheduling impact factor analysis. Analysis the main factorsinfluencing the dispatching work, the important influence to the scheduling of factors:the choice of scheduling, scheduling departure interval model is determined.(3) A single route selection operation reliability analysis. Analysis, the factorsthat influence the reliability of bus operations according to various factors, determine the line bus operation reliability index, known to qualitative analysis, qualitativeindicators to quantitative indicators to establish model, according to the survey dataand Nanchang bus company schedules,211road bus punctuality, running timereliability index.(4) Based on the public transportation scheduling optimization model for thereliability of the operation. Model to departure interval important parameters in thescheduling for the independent variable, with the lowest cost of passengers and thepublic company operating costs, the objective function is minimum these two goals,introducing weighting factor, the multi-objective problem is transformed into singleobjective problem, namely the lowest total cost. And the bus operation reliabilityquantitative indicators meet the passengers acceptable reliability as constraint,constrained nonlinear integer programming model is established. Application ofnonlinear programming optimization algorithms and Matlab based on Matlab geneticsimulated annealing algorithm for solving and compare the two methods.(5) The Nanchang bus211road bus related analysis and scheduling optimization.This line passenger flow analysis, to determine the line of time division and thelargest passenger flow section, and analyzes the circuit reliability calculation,according to the model, to determine the Nanchang bus211.
