As an important part of public transportation system,conventional public transport isloved by the passengers originally due to it’s low fares, service radius, high site coverage,and flexible factors, however, in the context of congestion, conventional public transport is affected by road environment during operation and many other factors affect it too,which cause the operational reliability greatly reduced, competitiveness is gradually declining, experts and scholars have studied a lot about how to improve the operational reliability of the conventional bus transportation, but it is still a big headache.In this paper, on the analysis of the operational characteristics of conventional publictransport during peak hour proceed from the actual peak operating environment, in our country, most bus lines do not have the arrival time in the middle stops, consider three levels peak bus running reliability evaluation, the first,bus based on the actual operating environment, according to the average running speed of the bus, the reliability level framing for the bus unit to the reliability evaluation of the capacity of reliability and punctualon this basis, and based on the weight of both the weight given comprehensive evaluation model for evaluation of peak bus unit operational reliability; Second, the reliability of operational coordination between the evaluation of a peak-time bus unit (as defined inthe horizontal cloud heart reliability), two adjacent bus unit arrival intervale valuation index, a ratio of the number of passengers on and off site the weight modeling evaluation;again, operational reliability between the evaluation of the amount of the peak corresponding to the same bus unit (defined as longitudinal reliability), select the arrival reliability as the evaluation index, the establishment of the evaluation model.
