Taking the sintering system HRSG as the research object, by the way of combiningtheoretical analysis and numerical simulation technology, this paper carried on the analysis ofsmoke flow in multiple types of HRSG single channel and multi-channel flue entrance.According to the simulation results, through equipping gear plate and guide plate to optimize theflow field, the calculation is studied jinan steel320, shagang steel360single flue and xinlin steel300, jinan steel400, handan steel435multi-channel inlet flue, a3D numerical model wasestablished according to the actual structure size by Pro/e5.0, IECM CFD13.0and FLUENT13.0. This turbulence model is standard k-ε model. Analysing flow field distribution of eachmodel, resulting that flow field of the initial designing flues are bad, with same sectionaldimension, the flow field of using multi flue and small divergence angle is better than whichusing single flue structure. Then further investigation how divergence angle of Handan steel425#2inlet flue working on flow field of smoke. There is way to change the divergence angle offlue, one is fix height then change spacing of flues, the other is fix spacing of flues then changeheight. Through the analysis of different divergence angle of flue, we know that changedivergence angle Impact on effect law of flow field and which is the largest divergence anglewithout optimizing guide plate, providing a theoretical guidance for designing of multi inlet flue.On account of the uniformity of the flue outlet velocity proposing ensures of optimizingflow field by add guide plate in parts of tight. Optimizing single channel and multichannel ofinlet flues, put forward multiple arrangement form of Sha Steel435guide plate and contrast thesimulate results, find the best arrangement form of guide plate. Comparative analysing theoptimizing result in different inlet velocities, the results show that, as smoke speed increasing,the guide plate decline the effect of improving of the velocity uniformity.Modeling gas flow field of Handan steel435heat recovery boiler medium pressuresuperheater by real situation, simplifying the heating tubes based on the actual. Determiningcalculate boundary conditions, use velocity and pressure which ate counted by inlet fluecalculation as inlet calculate boundary conditions. Through numerical calculation, acquiring theflow fields local resistance trend and heat transfer performance to the outside of tubes, which areoptimizing or not in condition of inlet smoke, Then point out how guild plate and smoke boardeffect to flow field and heat transfer of the flue.
