| The torsional vibration of marine’s shafts has always been the key elements of influencingthe safety and comfort of ships. Countries all over the world have been engaged in studyingwhy the shafts vibrate, and how can the torsional vibration be decreased. With the improvementof electronics, the methods in measuring the shaft’s torsional vibration have got a great program.The purpose of this paper is having a research on the measurement and analysis technology,combined with the CCS, which is suitable for marine’s shafts based on the emluator plane oftorsional vibration which is developed by our institute.This paper has putted forward a measurement method of torsional vibration for marines’shafts, after the analysis on how the diesel engine and shafts produce torsional vibration. Firstly,the rotate speed is measured, then the a high pass filter and a integrator are used to obtain theangle of torsional vibration. Also, the method is testified on the plane of DEWEsoft.Aiming at the problem that usual measurement device of torsional vibration can’t measurethe torsional vibration stress in real time, the hardware system is made, and the curve of stresslimits is protracted on the software system. The torsional vibration stress is measured in realtime, through the method that turning the angle of torsional vibration into torsional vibrationstress, according to the calculation of shafts. And the method of order tracking is used toanalyze the torsional vibration.On the method of testifying, the emluator plane of torsional vibration is used to simulatethe real speed situation of marines’ shafts, and the system is testified on the emluator plane. Theresult shows that the two measurement device’s data matches well. At last, a test is made on thereal ship, and the test result is good. |
