Xi’an Metro Communication System Operation Safety And Production Organization Management Research

Operational management work in the subway, how to strengthen the management ofcommunications equipment, communications equipment maintenance to improve the subwaylevel, reducing the failure rate is one of the key safeguards subway operator safety. In thispaper, a sum of Xi’an Metro Line Communication System equipment operation, combinedwith the subway communication problems are discussed, analyzed the factors that affect thesafety of urban rail transportation and communication systems, and the operation andmaintenance of the status quo were analyzed to study the Xi’an subway communicationsystem operation and maintenance of safe production, daily production organization andmanagement, outsourcing maintenance mode, and summarizes the shortcomings of theexisting lines, and a new line construction and operation and maintenance recommendationsto achieve the above-mentioned operations by standardizing work, standardization, improveequipment maintenance and quality management standards.
