With the rapid economic development,objective factors affecting cross-industry,cross-regional,and multi-level energy companies continue to increase.In this context,enterprises are transforming from traditional management methods to information-based and intelligent management methods to achieve more effective overall joint decision-making and more complex management,improve management level and operational capabilities,and thereby improve management level and efficiency.Business management.Today,most traditional energy companies have begun to shift their technological focus to research and development,such as smart energy,digital platforms and energy Internet.Companies use big data,cloud computing and other technical means to build a full-process information management model that integrates information acquisition,resource allocation,production process,statistical analysis,and stock data management to stimulate the potential of stock data and improve management.And operating model to achieve corporate transformation.Taking a large energy enterprise as the background,this article first introduces related concepts and theoretical foundations of enterprise production and operation,information integration,lean production technology,etc.,to lay the foundation for the following analysis of enterprise production and operation conditions.Then it analyzed the production and operation status of M energy enterprise in detail,and pointed out the problems of production and operation in scheduling,industry,enterprise management and informatization.Then,in response to the above problems,following certain design principles and strategies,the optimization ideas of enterprise collaborative management are explained,and business collaborative management,service collaborative management and data collaborative management in the production and operation of M energy enterprises are studied respectively.It also introduces in detail how to realize various functions such as production data management,job plan generation,intelligent job scheduling,job management analysis,emergency command and so on.Finally,the thesis studies the improvement strategies of the production and operation management of large-scale energy enterprises from the aspects of organization management,technical management,financial management,etc.,and puts forward corresponding management suggestions.Taking the M energy enterprise as the background,systematic research on the optimization of its production and operation management can achieve more effective overall joint decision-making and more optimized management,improve management and operational capabilities,and thereby improve the immediacy and comprehensiveness of production and operation.Horizontal and vertical information feedback,as well as the level and efficiency of business management.
