Study On Financial Risk Evaluation And Countermeasure Of Highway Listed Companies

With the vigorous implementation of the national infrastructure, the highwayconstruction has been rapidly developed in China. Because of the particularity of the highwayindustry, the process of its construction need to invest a lot of money, resulting in heavy debt,increasing financial risk. If the financial risk management is not good enough,it may lead to afinancial crisis and even the bankruptcy of listed company.Thus,in the complicated marketeconomy environment,the financial risk management has a very important significance for thehealthy and sustainable development of highway listed companies.In this paper, based on the theory of financial risk, combined with the characteristics ofhighway industry itself, from two aspects of internal and external environment, illustrates themain influencing factors of listed companies’ financial risk; build a financial risk evaluationindex system of highway listed companies, mainly including solvency,operational,profitability, cash flow and ability to develop the ability of financial indicators in five areas.In201219listed companies, as an example of empirical research, choose17financial indexes ofrelatively strong correlation, factor analysis is carried out using the SPSS19.0software,comprehensive ranking and evaluation of the financial risk status of the19highway listedcompanies,research results show that the19highway listed companies’financial risk isgenerally high, should strengthen the financial risk management. Finally,according to thehighway company listed on the impact of financial risk factors and the evaluation results,theproposed measures to deal with financial risk, providing inspiration and reference for theimprovement of highway listed company’s financial risk management in China.
