Accelerator enables a rapid setting and hardening of cement or concrete admixtures,mainly in the construction of large-scale use of sprayed concrete, widely used in trafficengineering tunnel, water culvert engineering, mining engineering and other undergroundroadway projects as well as some emergency repair works. Currently accelerator used inengineering practice mostly powder accelerator, but the presence of powdered acceleratorconsumption of raw materials in the production process, environmental pollution more, adduneven presence in the construction, dust and more, back large shells, alkali capacity, largerissues such as the late loss of strength. With the development of China’s economicconstruction, driven by the water utilities, railways, roads and other departments of majorprojects, the introduction of foreign advanced wet spraying machine and wet spraytechnology, while also promoting a low base of liquid and liquid non-accelerator greaterdevelopment of alkaline accelerator.Although construction companies to understand and alkali liquid accelerator comparedto traditional powdered accelerator, has many advantages, but due to the high alkali liquidaccelerator price and high wet spraying machine machinery costs, construction enterprisesE-liquid accelerator use and promotion filled with fear of hardship. The current economicevaluation accelerator for sprayed concrete is mainly the construction process of theconstruction cost estimates, in order to properly evaluate the overall efficiency of alkaliliquid accelerator, and promote the use of the range of E-liquid accelerator, this article willlevel analysis, life-cycle cost theory and the theory of value engineering to build acombination of three integrated benefit of E-liquid accelerator, and the comprehensivebenefits of E-liquid accelerator is a comprehensive and detailed evaluation.This paper introduces the traditional powdered accelerator production and use ofexisting problems, and then introduces the development of E-liquid accelerator andexcellent features. Secondly, the study describes the meaning and content of the overallefficiency of the evaluation, while established the theoretical basis of the theory of value engineering, supplemented by AHP, life-cycle cost theory of value engineering theoryaccelerator features and a comprehensive analysis of the cost Comprehensive benefitevaluation analysis of preliminary ideas. Again, according to the basic principle of theAnalytic Hierarchy Process accelerator functional factor weights were tentative; accordingto the basic principles of the theory of life-cycle cost calculation of life-cycle costsaccelerating agent; then according to the basic principles of the theory of value engineeringto speed value coefficient coagulant evaluated.
