In the development and process of specific construction projects,for the project cost management,it can ensure the quality of the project and effectively control the cost expenditure,which plays a great role in the overall development of the project.How to avoid the project cost risk under the premise of meeting the quality and schedule objectives is the most concerned issue for owners and construction enterprises.The life cycle cost risk of construction project refers to the possibility of loss caused by the deviation of the actual cost from the expected result due to many uncertain factors in the whole process from approval of the project to construction and production,and then to the end of life.From the perspective of owners(construction units),this paper expounds the types of cost risks existing in the whole life cycle of construction projects,explores appropriate risk analysis and evaluation methods,and finally puts forward corresponding cost risk control measures,providing reference for future engineering construction.Taking a new project of a cultural center as an example,this paper discusses the life cycle cost risk of construction projects from the following aspects :A three-dimensional cost risk factor identification model based on WBS-CBS-RBS is established.The model divides the life cycle cost risk management of a new project in a cultural center into five stages,and decomposes the cost composition of each stage to identify 31 risk factors,so as to construct the cost risk evaluation index system.Interval analytic hierarchy process(IAHP)is introduced to assign weights to the identified risk factors.Combined with Vague set theory,the cost risk evaluation model is established to evaluate the overall risk level of life cycle cost of construction projects.Taking a cultural center project as an example,this paper uses the creation model to identify 19 key risk factors that affect the cost risk in each stage of the construction project.Then,the IAHP-Vague set risk evaluation model is used to establish the evaluation matrix based on the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method,and the risk evaluation of a new cultural center project is carried out.It is concluded that the overall risk level of the project cost is the general risk level.According to the characteristics and risk factors of each stage of the life cycle cost of construction projects,it is of great reference significance for other projects to put forward scientific and reasonable risk response measures.
