Under Composite deterioration, such as loading, freeze-thaw cycles, dry wetcycle, brine corrosion, etc. the concrete corrosion damage is very strong in the Chinainland saline soil environment. Understanding of concrete durability is still not mature, still inthe research stage. The purpose of experimental research on large diameter bored concretepile in sack is to solve the problem of pile’s concrete corrosion.In this paper, the concrete pile body will be wrapped by special antiseptic bag, which ismade by composite geotextiles. Separate corrosion material such as saline soil andgroundwater (brine) from the pile body. Ensure the concrete pile from corrosion. Extend thelife of the pile. Test the property of special antiseptic bag in the laboratory. Design three piles,length45m, diameter1.2m. Carry out the experimental research of construction in thetest site Using a self-balanced pile load test system to test the bearing capacity of the pile.Making a summary from operation, reliability, practicality, the differences between the pile’stheory bearing capacity and actual bearing capacity through this experimental research,Doing some research and basic work for the comprehensive application in engineering,Accumulateing practical experience to ensure that a efficiently, timely,higher quality ofwork is performed for each aspect of the Cha’ge highway project.Through laboratory test, Concludes that "three cloth two films" anti-corrosion geotextile has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, penetration resistance, high strength, abrasion resistance, long service life etc. All the indicators meet the requirement of the pile design and construction. According to the test, large diameter bored concrete pile in sack has high bearing capacity, can fully meet the requirements of engineering, reduce the requirement of underground concrete engineering of concrete itself and additional corrosion protection measures effectively, has obvious economic benefit, can be used in saline soil area.
