With the increased investment of industrial, transportation construction projects in salinesoil area in China, the salt corrosion problems of the buildings, structures and bridges becomemore prominent, the crystalline corrosion, corrosion and crystalline-decomposition compositecorrosion of concrete structures were caused by saline soil,which is one of main factors ofdurability of concrete structures. According to the anti salt corrosion problems of the concretestructure in the saline soil area, China’s scientific research institutions and researchersconstantly study the corrosion engineering characteristics of saline soil and improve corrosionmechanism, improved corrosion resistance measures, adopt the pile foundation of suitablecorrosion saline soil region, proposed many measures of corrosion engineering. however,corrosion problems has not yet been fundamentally resolved in saline soil area.This paper has studied the Large Diameter Bored Concrete Pile In Sack which was usedin Cha’erhan-Ge’ermu highway construction,which has a high strength and corrosionresistance.By analyzing the research status of the external conditions of pile body corrosion(saline soil), the pile body conditions (concrete), special corrosion resistant materials(anticorrosion sack) and the corrosion of the Geotextile Bagged Pile foundation. The authoranalyzed the anticorrosive mechanism of anticorrosion sack,steel casing,low permeability andhigh performance concrete of Large Diameter Bored Concrete Pile In Sack,which is suitablefor strong saline soil area.Given the calculation formula of feeding anticorrosion sack lengthand calculating weight,and recommended proportioning of low permeability and highperformance concrete.To be directed against the piston effect in lowering anticorrosion sack,the author studied on injection-drainage method mechanism and construction technology,given the simple calculation formula of water head difference during the construction ofinjection-drainage method.Through the research on the construction technology and theproblems of construction process, the author optimizated the construction technology and putforward the preventive countermeasures,and put forward the concrete measures to strengthenthe construction quality control and the damage detection method of anticorrosion sack.Finally,the author analysed of the applicability and computational principles of thecalculation formula of the bearing capacity of bored pile in the existing standard, as well as the influence factors of the bearing capacity of the Large Diameter Bored Concrete Pile InSack, through compared and analysed the bearing force data which was measured in field, theauthor presented the suggested calculation formula and partial coefficient of bearing capacityfor Large Diameter Bored Concrete Pile In Sack, and the following research work wasdiscussed, providing strong theoretical basis and reliable technical support for pile foundationof highway and railway construction.Through the study of this paper, the author think that the Large Diameter BoredConcrete Pile In Sack can not only play the salt corrosion resistance, but also satisfy therequirements of high bearing capacity, it has a high construction feasibility and wideapplication space.The topic of this paper comes from Technology Fund Project of CCCC First High wayConsultants Co.,LTD.,which is study on technology of anti corrosion of bridge and culvertstructure in saline soil area, part of geological data and load test data were provided by thecooperation unit, thanks.
