Because three tower cable-stayed and self-anchored suspension bridge is the first in thecountry, mature experience in design and construction process is poor. To carry out in-depthresearch has the important value of engineering application. This paper mainly aiming atconstruction technology research, using bridge structure finite element method, the paperdiscusses the overall construction scheme and sling, cable tension control scheme. Get thefollowing main conclusions:(1) Cable-stayed and self-anchored suspension bridge system is complex and theconstruction of suspension bridge is difficult. However, this project for more than two kindsof the height of the bridge, construction technology requirement is high. According tocharacteristics of bridge structure, put forward that the main influence factors and therequirement of the construction control should be considered in bridge construction. Andprovides concrete constraint and control conditions for determine the bridge constructionprocess.(2) Accordance with the requirements of technical requirements, flood, controlrequirements and other factors, this paper has put forward two kinds of construction schemes,full framing method (scheme1) and part of the construction method of part hanging watermixed (scheme2), and compared the schemes. The results show that scheme1unable to solvethe problem of flood season flood, constitute a great threat to the safety of the bridgeconstruction can process; Scheme2using of stents or parts of the cantilever pouringconstruction craft, can better solve the problem of flood control and flood season ever, despitethe temporary rigid fixity vice tower, which is usually caused by system transformation andremove the problem, can be solved by using the basis of the corresponding measures.Therefore, scheme2is used for recommended construction scheme.(3)This paper researches the sling tensioning of deputy tower centered self-anchoredsuspension bridge and the cable tensioning schemes of main tower centered cable-stayedbridge. Through the comparison of different tensioning schemes, considering safety cableforce scattered sling, vice tower horizontal displacement, vertical displacement or constraintcounterforce, sling extension rod length, number of sling tensioning factors such as thepremise, the optimal tension control scheme is determined. The results of numerical analysisshows that the cable and the cable tension control scheme can better meet the requirements ofcontrol objectives and principles and ensure the safety of the construction process.
