With the progress of society and the maturity of bridge technology,suspension bridges are more and more popular with engineers.At the same time,suspension bridges are developing in the direction of large span and light flexibility.The number of suspension bridges in China is currently on the rise.The construction process of self anchored suspension bridge and the stress after the completion of the bridge are very complex nonlinear processes,which requires us to carry out accurate structural analysis of the bridge before and after the completion of the construction,but the construction process is a very complex geometric nonlinear construction process,in the process of the main cable and suspender tensioning,the whole body is pulled,and the mutual influence is intertwined.Xiamen is located in the subtropical zone,with subtropical monsoon climate,humid and rainy.It is directly or indirectly affected by 5-6 typhoons on average every year.Considering that the bridge is located in the coastal typhoon prone area,it is necessary to study the wind stability of the bridge.In this paper,based on the engineering background of the single inclined tower special-shaped continuous steel box suspension bridge,the accurate simulation analysis is carried out through the wind tunnel simulation experiment.Firstly,the finite element analysis of the construction process of the bridge is carried out,including the internal force and displacement analysis of the main girder erection stage,the calculation of the unstressed cable length of the main cable,the back cable and the suspender,and the linear control as the main,the cable force control as the auxiliary,the suspender tension scheme and the suspender tension internal force of each construction stage are determined.Through the analysis of the main girder,main cable and suspender’s internal force and line shape in the construction process,the conclusion is drawn,which provides theoretical guidance for the construction of the bridge;secondly,the MIDAS / civil finite element analysis is carried out for the bridge’s completion stage,and the analysis ratio of the internal force,stress and strength of the bridge meets the requirements of the code;finally,because Xiamen is located in the high frequency section of typhoon,the bridge needs to be analyzed Through the wind tunnel simulation test of the bridge,the stage model vibration test,flutter test,vortex induced vibration test and galloping test are carried out to analyze the wind stability of the primary girder.
