In recent years, the concrete bridge deck diseased severity, which directly affected thedurability of the bridge deck pavement and road performance, restricted the use of thehighway bridge. The reason was inappropriate material selection, irrational designpavement structure and not strict construction quality control. Therefore, it researchedbitumen pavement concrete bridge construction to optimize the design of the concretebridge deck structure and improve the durability of bridge deck pavement, finally itproposed right construction quality control measures.Firstly, through the investigation of disease type and distribution of concrete bridgedeck pavement, it analyzed mechanical failure mechanism of the major diseases, proposedindicators pavement structure design methods based on the purpose of disease control.Then, by using the finite element method to analyze the influence of pavement materialparameters, load parameters and geometric parameters on the stress of bridge structuresystem of pavement structure, the pavement structure is suggested to influence5pavingmaterial parameters significantly (asphalt pavement layer thickness (HA1, HA2), asphaltpavement layer moduli (Ea1, Ea2the leveling layer thickness), H) and4parameters ofbridge structure (box girder roof thickness HC, Liang Lei Hb, rib height is u, width of ribthickness a) as parameters of mechanical design of bridge deck pavement concrete.Secondly, it analyzed the pavement material parameters, load parameters andgeometry of the bridge structure parameters on the pavement by the force of architecture infinite element method. It recommended to take effect on the pavement structure stressnotable five pavement material parameters (asphalt pavement layer thickness (ha1, ha2),asphalt pavement layer moduli (Ea1, Ea2), leveling layer thickness h) and4bridge structureparameter (box girder roof thickness hc, Liang rib height hb, rib plate mouth width u, ribthickness a) as the mechanical design parameters of concrete bridge deck structure.Thirdly,it studied design specifications largest bridge deck mechanical stress andstress limits of the standard calculation method, summarized the formation of a bridge deckstructural mechanics design, build relationships and get maximum stress model designparameters, summed up the concrete bridge surface asphalt pavement structure design processes and bridge deck structural adjustment program recommended.Finally, as an engineering example, it gave asphalt concrete pavement structure bridgedesign, waterproof adhesive layer construction technology and quality control requirementsand asphalt pavement construction technology and quality control requirements, which wasgood for the bridge pretreatment and construction.In short, after using Western Railway Hou Wei Po highway concrete box girderbridge as engineering example, it got the key parameters deck pavement structural design,structural mechanics,and gave the pavement design specifications and allowable values,provided a reference for the structural design of concrete bridge deck.
