| With the development of highway transport, automotive industry and the nationaltransport policy, significant changes have taken place in highway bridge vehicle load.Especially in the mine road, there is a huge difference between the actual vehicle load onbridge and the vehicle load required by "General Code for Design of Highway Bridge andCulverts"(JTG D60-2004). Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the actual vehicle runningstatus on mining area highway bridge, formulate the standard of vehicle load matched withthe actual vehicle running status and evaluate reliability of mining area highway bridge underthe actual vehicle load, so that provide technical support for the safe operation of mining areahighway bridge. In this paper, based on the actual mining road vehicle load data by surveyed,carried out the following research:1. Through summarizing and analysing the basic theory of mathematical statistics,defined the relevant theories and methods suitable for the vehicle load statistical analysis; onthe basis of summarizing and analysing the basic theory of structural reliability, recommendedthe bridge structure reliability theory and method that has considered the actual effect ofvehicle, so that lay a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.2. Using the mathematical statistics theory to analyze the actual vehicle load data, thusdetermine the distribution type and statistical parameters of vehicle load relatedelements(proportion of vehicles, vehicle load, vehicle distance, axle load, axle distance and soon). Then, applying MATLAB software to get random vehicle load spectrum of the mine roadon the traffic jam state,normal running state and the start state by Monte Carlo Method.3. Making simple supported girder bridge as the research object, then useing the methodthat random vehicle load spectrum loads on the influence line gets the load effect of bridgeunder the actual vehicle load, thereby determine the standard vehicle load effect under eachdriving state, so formulate the standard of vehicle load of simple supported girder bridge thatmatches with the actual vehicle load.4. On the basis of random vehicle load spectrum that got through the actual mining roadvehicle load data, evaluating reliability of mining area highway typical bridge under the actualvehicle load by applying the bridge structure reliability theory. According to real bridge testresults, evaluate the calculation methods and results of this paper. |
